Prices do not include freight, handling fees or taxes. We will do our best to hold prices thorugh December 31, 2012, but we cannot guarantee this.
To keep our prices low and our service and selection high, we have a minimum order requirement of $25. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and most governmental P-Cards. For customers with established credit, terms are net 30 days from date of shipment. Custom furniture and equipment orders may require a deposit. An order processing charge of $5.00 will be added to your order. Returned checks will be assessed a $35 transaction fee.
Shiffler is dedicated to providing the highest quality products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and contact us within 180 days of the purchase date, we will be happy to accept a return of unused material for a refund of purchase price less shipping charges. Contact us at 1-800-547-1539 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up the Return Merchandise Authorization. Once RMA authorization is received, return using UPS or FedEx to: Shiffler Equipment Sales, 745 South Street, Chardon, Ohio 44024. If merchandise is sent to any of our other addresses a $5.00 transfer fee will be deducted from your credit. The return of custom or made to order products are subject to the manufacturers return policy or may be non-returnable.
Custom or made to order items are generally non-cancellable after 24 hours of placing your order.
Many items in this catalog are in-stock and available for immediate shipment from Chardon, Ohio. Look for our in-stock symbol. Except where noted, items are shipped FOB shipping point with freight added to your invoice. Our sales agents can help you estimate freight charges prior to shipment. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer on release of shipment to the carrier. All in-stock orders ship within 24 hours. Orders requiring truck shipment will ship within 24 hours.
FREIGHT DAMAGES:Customers must thoroughly inspect all items for freight damage before accepting delivery and clearly note any damages, shortages or issues on the delivery receipt. Your signature shows acceptance of all listed items delivered in good condition. If freight damages or shortages do occur, Shiffler must be notified within 48 hours after deliveries.
