Warranty: The R.C. Musson Rubber Co. warrants all rubber stair
  treads against excessive wear for a period of five (5) years.
Return policy: Merchandise may not be returned unless written
  authorization is granted in advance. Items must then be returned
  freight prepaid, and a return handling charge will be assessed.
  Special size, special run, special color or custom made material
  are not returnable. A 36" tread is cut from a 72" tread and is
  therefore not returnable.
